FAQ

What teams ask first.

Which warehouse do you use?
Default is BigQuery, but we run on Snowflake, Redshift or PostgreSQL when that's already in place. The model is warehouse-agnostic.
Do we need to throw out our current reporting?
No. We'll usually keep the surfaces (Looker Studio, PowerBI) and rebuild the layer underneath so the numbers reconcile.
How long until first dashboard?
Two to four weeks from kickoff to a live, signed-off dashboard with the top five business questions answered.
Do you handle implementation or just strategy?
Both. We implement the pipelines and run them — the strategy work is grounded in the data we've already stood up.
